FEMatlanta (Female Entrepreneurs Meetup Atlanta) is a growing network of women business owners in the Atlanta area dedicated to helping one another thrive through collaboration, innovation, and shared expertise. We host quarterly in-person events that bring together female entrepreneurs from diverse industries—designers, restaurateurs, boutique owners, consultants, marketing experts, wellness professionals, product developers and more—to share best practices, exchange ideas, and inspire business growth.

We cultivate an inclusive community where women connect, share expertise, grow as leaders, and champion one another’s success—creating a powerful network shaping the future of women-led business.

Leza Bennett
Meet Leza Bennett, founder and visionary behind Perfect Brows by Leza and one of the founding members of FEMAtlanta. What began as a love for beauty and connection grew into a thriving business rooted in confidence, creativity, and care. As a visionary entrepreneur, Leza is known for her personalized approach to brow artistry—and for helping women feel like the best version of themselves, inside and out.

Through FEMAtlanta, she’s passionate about supporting women business owners, sharing what she’s learned, and creating space for honest conversations about growth, business, and life.

Sarah Cyrus

Meet Sarah Cyrus, founder of Sarah Cyrus Home—a beautifully curated home furnishings consignment shop in Atlanta’s West Midtown Design District. With a great eye for design and a love of mixing timeless pieces with unexpected finds, Sarah helps clients create spaces that feel collected, personal, and lived-in.

 

After years in the design world, she turned her passion into a business that’s as much about community as it is about beautiful interiors. When she’s not sourcing incredible pieces, Sarah loves connecting with fellow entrepreneurs and helping people fall in love with their homes all over again.

Emily Heslin

Meet Emily Heslin, the founder and CEO of Carriage House Creative, a growth and paid media agency serving female-founded consumer brands. She began her career in New York City in food & beverage media buying and fashion PR before relocating to Atlanta.

 

Deeply invested in community-driven entrepreneurship, Emily is excited to be part of FEM and to build alongside other ATL-based founders. A mother of two, in her rare free time, can usually be found playing mahjong, traveling, or perfecting her cookie recipe.

Louise Pritchard
Louise Pritchard is the CEO of LPP Consulting, LLC, with over 40 years of experience helping businesses grow through smart marketing, clear positioning, and practical strategy. Today, she works closely with women business owners to help them get clear on what makes their businesses different—and turn that clarity into intentional, actionable growth strategies.

 

Louise is also one of the founders of FEMAtlanta, a community built on connection, collaboration, and the sharing of real-world best practices among women entrepreneurs. She believes growth doesn’t happen alone; it happens when women come together to ask better questions, learn from each other, and support one another’s next level.
